Poverty & Politics Committee has just drafted 7 notes, summarizing some recommendations to make poverty decline. These notes are following :
1 - Reform the accounting standards of companies (See also the Letter of Poverty & Politics Committee N 39 of June, 2010).

3 - Fix the course of sustainable development
4 - Harmonize international negotiations between each other

Europe is one of the richest areas in the world. It lives however without complex in a system implying pauperized workers, alimentary allowances and unequitable commerce. The European constitution : how to break the impasse ?
In June 2006 European leaders decided to re-launch the process of ratifying the European constitution. Their aim is, in 2008 (when France holds the presidency), to present a new text of the constitution :
to the two countries which voted ‘No’ (France and the Netherlands)
and to those countries which have not yet voted.
Many think that it is up to France to find a suitable compromise (which is why the new text will not be presented until France holds the presidency).
